Lash Invasion Academy was first launched in 2018, and since then, countless women have trusted Lash Invasion to help develop their artistry and launch successful careers. Our company has always believed that all women deserve the opportunity to dive into their passions and chase an independent and lucrative career. That's why we offer certification courses for both beginner and experienced lash techs in a variety of formats. Students can attend an in-person private or small group class, and those that are unable to travel can receive an equally informative education through our virtual World Class. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Return and Refund Policy: Refunds and exchanges are unavailable for training deposits/ payments, virtual courses, all lash supplies and training materials/ kits. ALL SALES OF THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
For unopened products, damaged products or products that has been verified that came from a defective batch: customers may request to exchange the products or be issued store credit. If you request an exchange of unopened products, you will be required to send the product back. We will review the product and get back with you regarding the exchange.
Missing Items in Package Policy: We're committed to delivering complete and delightful shopping experiences. If you find that your order is missing items, please let us know and send us a photo/ video of the items you received at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Our team will investigate and will assist you on resolving the issue, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Your trust means the world to us!
Local/ International Shipping Policy: We ship products Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; excluding major holidays. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. In addition to the carrier shipping time selected, all orders have a 2-3 Business Days processing time for pulling and packaging order prior to shipping.
International Shipping and Custom Fees Policy: We offer worldwide shipping to our valued customers. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees related to your order.
Lost / Missing Packages Policy: We understand that sometimes packages can go astray. If you believe your order is lost or missing after 7 business days from the last tracking status update, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll work diligently to resolve the issue, and initiate an investigation with the courier to locate your package's location. This investigation can take up to 7 business days, and when necessary, we can provide a reshipment to ensure your satisfaction. Your peace of mind is our priority!
Return Due to Incorrect Address Policy: We're here to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we're more than happy to reship it to the correct address. However, please note that additional shipping charges may apply. To avoid any delays, please double-check your address details before finalizing your order.
Courier Mishandling and Damaged Product Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in packing and shipping your orders. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please notify and send us a photo or video of the damaged product at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We'll promptly assist you in filing a claim and either replace the damaged item, ensuring you receive the quality you deserve.
Delivered But Not Received Packages Policy: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please follow these steps:(1) Verify your shipping address an your order,
(2) Check with your neighbors or household members, safe place (i.e., mailbox, parcel locker, garage, balcony, or any place where the courier can leave your package) and
(3) Contact your local post office
If the package is still not located, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll initiate an investigation with the courier and we'll work together to find a solution that ensures you receive your order.
Pre Order Information A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not currently in stock, but will be soon. Pre-order items are generally shipped within 21-31 business days. In case the merchandise in a pre-order fails to be delivered in a timely manner, Lash Invasion will promptly inform the buyer of any delays that may be occurring. Lash Invasion will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Lash Invasion that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.
