Lash Invasion Academy was first launched in 2018, and since then, countless women have trusted Lash Invasion to help develop their artistry and launch successful careers. Our company has always believed that all women deserve the opportunity to dive into their passions and chase an independent and lucrative career. That's why we offer certification courses for both beginner and experienced lash techs in a variety of formats. Students can attend an in-person private or small group class, and those that are unable to travel can receive an equally informative education through our virtual World Class. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Return and Refund Policy Refunds and exchanges are unavailable for training deposits/ payments, virtual courses, all lash supplies and training materials / kits. ALL SALES OF THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
For unopened products, damaged products or products that has been verified that came from a defective batch: customers may request to exchange the products or be issued store credit. If you request an exchange of unopened products, you will be required to send the product back. We will review the product and get back with you regarding the exchange.
Shipping We ship products Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. In addition to the carrier shipping time selected, all orders have a 1 Business Day processing time for pulling and packaging order prior to shipping. All Pre-Orders will be shipped within 21-31 business days.
Lost Packages For domestic orders, if your package has not been delivered within 7 business days past the date of shipment, please contact us through email so that we can initiate an investigation into its location. This investigation can take up to 7 business days. If it is not found by then, we will reship your package.
Pre Order Information A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not currently in stock, but will be soon. Pre-order items are generally shipped within 21-31 business days. In case the merchandise in a pre-order fails to be delivered in a timely manner, Lash Invasion will promptly inform the buyer of any delays that may be occurring. Lash Invasion will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Lash Invasion that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.
